Food is definitely the key to my heart! there’s just something so satisfying about the taste of home baked cakes, fresh from the freezer-guilt free ice cream or a home cooked meal that just can’t be replaced.
When I was a child I would always be baking with my sister. We used to make these wonderful biscuits called bumblee’s that I had in a cook book and From there my love of baking took off and later in life I discovered my passion for cooking.
I decided when I was about 14 that I wanted to be a vegetarian, later in life discovered I had a lot of food sensitivities and allergies including dairy and Honey, it then seemed to be a natural progression for me to turn to a vegan diet as I was passionate about helping animals too. From there working around my food issues to make food that was still tasty and delicious became a project for me, throwing myself into it full force, I discovered my passion for nutrition and health. I started creating my own recipes that were vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free. No added nasties, just pure, delicious and tasty meals for everyone to enjoy.
